- found codes for p0011 p0171 p0456 p0420 in system and extended crank with a noise coming from timing area on start up found intake phaser dropping oil pressure when sitting for a period of time and exhaust solenoid leaking oil out of connector causing p0011 and extended crank when removing valve cover found bolt holes were stripped out and 1 broken bolt repaired threads in head so valve cover could be tightened down correctly p0456 purge valve stuck open intermittently replaced p0420 a cat code fixed other problems first let customer drive to see if p0420 comes back on
